
With the changing environment the expectations of the corporate houses from young MBAs are changing and management education needs to respond to it. The new MBA is expected to be result oriented and change agent. Organizations of today prefer only those individual who are willing to at as self-starters and have a right attitude towards life and work. Along with that corporate houses expect that when a student completes MBA the knowledge acquired should not be restricted to conceptual exposure alone but has more practical and business orientation. Shivalik Institute of Management as a measure to meet corporate expectations and to strengthen the quality of the students arranges a host of innovative programmes. Apart from regular teaching, focus is on innovative teaching methodologies such as management games / quiz / extempore / case analysis, role plays and GDs.
