The proposed institute “Shivalik Institute of Management & Computer Application, Allahabad” is being established by a charitable Trust “Shivalik Educational & Research Foundation” from the session 2008-2009. The Trust has been duly registered on 20.07.2008 vide registration number 226/2006 and consists of 7 member. As indicated in para objective of the Trust in trust deed, promoting, operating and running a technical education institute has been one of the dream activities of the trust.

The founder trustee and the Chairman of the trust Dr. A.K. Khare served U.P. Technical Education in various capacities including Professor & Head, Mechanical Engineering, Director of state Engineering Institute, Pro-Vice Chancellor of U.P. Technical University. Chief Project Coordinator, Uttar Pradesh in the World Bank assisted. TEQIP programme of Govt. of India. His name is well known in the field of technical education and its efforts in facilitating institutions to provide quality technical education are widely acknowledge. He has served technical education for over 40 years and has taken retirement from Govt. of U.P. |

Dr. Jitendra Kumar Srivastava, Secretary of the Trust, Is a well known name among civil services examination aspirants, many of whom he has guided to achieve success. He is an excellent teacher and social worker. |

Mr. Pushpa Rani Khare, Treasurer of the Trust, is an educationist and social worker. She has served as a teacher in a school for several years. |

Mr. Satish Srivastava is a Civil Engineer serving at top management positioning Kuwait for the last 30 years. He holds the NRI status for the last several years. |

Mr. Brijendra Kumar Vyas is a social worker, is deeply involved in upliftment of rural population, is a businessman and has served the U.P. State assembly for one term. |
